@brqgoo (on twitter) gave a presentation last week on an unnamed alternative L2 that he's been working on that has some pretty interesting properties. Anyone have any insight or details on how it might work?

I met them briefly while they were here. From what I remember its vaguely similar to an LSP but doesn't involve lightning. You have a 2 of 2 multisig with an LSP-like counterparty which you can unilaterally exit from if needed.
