Hi guys someone told me I should post this here. I have a new open source app designed to increase merchant adoption. It's a modular payment checkout system with included full accounting suite. It's called StrikeOut since strike was the first plugin and I think it is the key to get Fiat maxis to accept btc. Currently it does strike(BTC as USD), Paypal(pp, credit cards, Venmo), lnbits(BTC as BTC) I'll be adding stripe and BTC pay server soon. So if you know anyone that would like a full free QuickBooks like system free with online payments like big companies. Have them checkout https://github.com/trafficpest/strikeout
I will be willing to help install, setup, migrate, demo anyone that would be interested specifically if they will accept some BTC method.
you can accept multiple forms of payment including PayPal, Credit Cards, Venmo, and Bitcoin. With Bitcoin you can receive local currency without any fees to the merchant using a service called strike
Why do you encourage going back to fiat? Why do you encourage and support fiat payments methods? Why not just Bitcoin?

I am trying to onboard regular businesses and people by providing software that they have a need for in their business (accounting, invoicing and such). Most people and businesses either do not want bitcoin the asset or are completely indifferent to it. They want fiat, they want to accept credit cards and common forms of payment. The app can already accept bitcoin as bitcoin with the LNbits plugin and soon btcpayserver will be included.
Honestly Strike is an easy sell for businesses. All I have to say is "Would you be willing to accept an online form of payment with 0 fees that can auto account like credit cards?"
Yesterday I did a online demo for a small (15 employee) cleaning company in Texas. She didnt care about bitcoin but soon will be accepting it.
