I did read the article. The article is about mica which is for regulation around cryptocurrencies in Europe. It mentions that POW was almost banned in Europe (as it was and continues to be banned in China Even After Bitcoin Ban, China Still Accounts for 20% of Hash Rate oh wait it didn't mention that at all) as well as things that are only relevant to shitcoinery.
So as a result, you thought it was acceptable to drive web traffic to a scam site.
