I used to work at a company which processes internet abuse reports which include domain takedown requests.

It's quite hilarious to see which domains some companies want to take down / think they can take down.

Best case was a bank who tried to take down a domain which was about a class action lawsuit against them. Their argument was that they are using their name in the domain (it was something like <name of bank>lawsuit.com) + trademark infringement.

Can't find the domain anymore unfortunately. I think it was about a bank which starts with "m".
