The Central Bank of Canada is testing the waters to see if the public would be OK with a digital dollar. Canadians have until 19th June 2023 to say their opinions about it.

In some countries like Nigeria, they are pushing and trying to force people to use the eNaira, whereas in Canada they are now asking politely.
