Including Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a commodity, but they will make a special law to ban it outright, once the crisis that many here are hoping for, hits.

Bitcoin in the first place. For many tokens they cant actually do anything since they are not really decentralized and do not have reliable infrastructure for self-custody.
