The second iteration of my lightning channel advisor for routing nodes is finally somewhat useable and online! www.lnshortcut.ovh

What it does is, from a given node public key and wanted channel size, to look how many nodes/channels can be reached for a certain transaction amount up to a certain maximum fee, in each liquidity direction. Then it suggests up to 4 candidates, for the nodes that will bring the most new reachable nodes or channels in each direction (inbound/outbound)

Various options allow excluding some channels from the route analysis, or excluding some potential candidate nodes based on a few criteria.
