I'm referring to writing the code for a cross platform app. Not the app store part. Many projects in the bitcoin space are cross platform but it presents technical challenges/compromises. Nostr is new and if a dev knows iOS dev but not Android it makes perfect sense that they would go iOS only, at least at first.
