Lightning is an open network, why not leverage these experiences and build bridges across different Lightning apps?

Stackernews: The to-go place for every news bitcoin, and where you can earn for posting quality content.

Geyser: A place where people can spend their Sats on Bitcoin ideas, whether it's for education, content, entertainment, media, etc. Example of a Geyser project: https://geyser.fund/project/day-of-genesis

We think having a bridge between these two is an idea worth entertaining. What do you guys think?

A bridge is worth entertaining, but other than using lightning as a bridge, what kind of bridge are you imagining?

Some ideas:

StackNews content posted by project creators (eg: Q&As, project updates, etc.) where the sats earned go towards the geyserfund
StackerNews users setting a percentage of their earning to flow towards projects/causes/categories they like
Integrate Stacker News discussions on Geyser projects, letting people contribute to the conversation either through SN or through the Geyser platform (eg: using SN apis)

We have plans around optionally directing sats earned from a post to other users. So this could play nicely with that feature.

We get this request quite a bit. A disqus-like SN discussion embed. I'm up for it eventually.
