For those who can, install via Github or F-droid when available.
Why should you do this? Because if Google were to ban the Stacker News application for some totally arbitrary reason, you'd still be able to access it.
Let's not give more and more power to giants like Google and Apple by pushing users to go through their app stores, which are centralized censorship machines.
