How will onboarding CBDCs be presented to the public?

Will they explicitly advertise the transition to CBDCs, or will it happen so seamlessly you won't even notice?
I could see them giving vague talks about "digitizing" the financial system to speed it up and make your financial life more convenient, while completely overlooking privacy invasion or framing it as "for your safety."
I could also see them being silent about it, working with banks behind the scenes to launch their Fed chain and connect banks to the CBDC rails.
What do you think this onboarding process look like, tangibly?

Exactly like they did it with the plandemic: with a big fucking lie. And sheeple will just comply. Obedient sheeps. Make yourself a sheep and the wolves will eat you.

They will be presented as necessary to solve something, what that is i dont know but it also doesnt really matter because it will certainly not solve or even alleviate said problem ( which will likely be entirely made up anyway ).
