what do you mean "invested"? bitcoin is not a company with expectation of returns. 

and there is no "banning" bitcoin. bitcoin is an open network, a country that bans bitcoin only harasses their citizens and restricts their rights. 

i can pretty much guarantee you that 90% of the money invested in BTC is under the assumption that it wont be banned.

Pretty sure they will ban Bitcoin if/when the dollar has lost most of its "value" but lets see.
