I sincerely doubt it.

Personally, of course, I think Bitcoin would make a perfect global reserve currency, but I doubt the CCP or Putin would think the same.

The CCP will want to try to impose its yuan and even more its digital yuan on its partners rather than accept Bitcoin for use. The CCP will have control over the yuan, whereas Bitcoin cannot be controlled. No interest from the point of view of a totalitarian regime.
