Do you agree with this sentiment?
From your perspective, how does this tangibly happen?
Do you agree/disagree with Jason Lowery’s thesis of how this happens?
A king that wanted to make war had to tax his people. In democracies inflating the currency is a more politically palatable way to raise money. Bitcoin is harder to confiscate and impossible to inflate. If I don't support your war I memorize my seed, and cross the border looking like a poor refugee when in reality I'm a billionaire.
Doesn't mean that war will become a thing of the past, just that it will require a much higher level of social cohesion and support.

I dont think any wars these days have much public support.
Definitely the US should stop with the war business for sure.
Trillions in debt, third world public infrastructure (look at its airports), and so far losing 2 wars against much less developed countries - Afghanistan and Vietnam

Jason Lowery is literally a military/navy/intelligence spook and so I highly doubt his end goal is the curtailment of war.

Bitcoin is nothing more than a tool. It can empower authoritarian regimes as much as it can freedom and human loving ones. It has no morality attached to it.
