thought it would be helpful to expand on this a bit:
bitcoin is revolutionary. humanity has never seen anything quite like it. absolute digital scarcity. decentralized energy use in the physical world materializing as an undebasable, unconfiscatable bearer asset in cyberspace. bonkers
bitcoin is revolutionary. with each block, i grow increasingly convinced that bitcoin will bring about a revolution. most are initially skeptical but those that study bitcoin often learn that fiat money is broken and sound money fixes this. it feels like there's this almost unstoppable force of nature behind it thanks to bitcoin's revolutionary monetary properties and human incentives. bitcoin gives humanity a tool to store and send value across space and time, helping people become their own banks, and freeing them from a system that is actively stealing their wealth and time
there's also this circular/cyclical nature to bitcoin-- some might even say revolutionary. you start off by going down the rabbit hole, you learn about these positive feedback loops that build upon themselves, you grow with each halving/halfining cycle. even that "number go up" bell curve meme is circular 😂 @dergigi on bitcoin's circularity. bitcoin is this unescapable blackhole sucking everything in. the timechain continues its silent revolution with each "tick tock, next block" while instituting a silent revolution
then i read this back and i'm like, "am i a crazy person?". maybe 🤷‍♂️😂
