Maybe not a word, but a term: "Social scalability", coined by Nick Szabo.

I think it most succinctly and precisely captures Bitcoin at the most fundamental level. As a concept, social scalability goes beyond even "money", since money is just another tool to help us win and get better at cooperation games.
