You need to start from the technology/framework used to build the website first. If it is on WordPress you're lucky... As there are few plugins already that allow you to integrate lightning payments

I feel like there are so many options yet it’s still so early to understand which makes the most sense for each use case right now.
- BTCPayServer and Voltage node (believe BTCSessions did a video on this)
- Nodeless.io
- all the different self custody lightning apps that allow for POS option such as Breez, Zeus, etc.
