I feel like there are so many options yet it’s still so early to understand which makes the most sense for each use case right now. 

1) BTCPayServer and Voltage node (believe BTCSessions did a video on this)
2) Nodeless.io 
3) all the different self custody lightning apps that allow for POS option such as Breez, Zeus, etc.
