thanks for the effort Carl ... I clearly see this as a hoarding phase in which when BTC appreciates within this phase (price being THE signal) more merchants will accept it and when it depreciates some will leave and some will stay.

This will be repeated over and over, during this time you will see more adoption from individuals/businesses/merchants

So hoarding phase it is!
