Having kids changes things…
Atleast 1AM, sometimes less, sometimes more, some days i skip sleep or just sleep 3 hours, i know it's bad, but iam way more productive at night.
When I did a year of yoga last year, I'd go to bed at 9-9:30p to wake up at 5:30a so I could walk 40m to a 7:15a class.
I enjoyed being up early (and the class being empty) but going to bed so early isn't socially ideal.
We need to do a 'how many hours do you sleep per night' poll.

Here in the south in the sommer it's from 0.00 to 6.00. In Germany I tried to sleep from 23.00 to 6.30. After a hard drink it could be 1 hour more
It still makes me smile that 12am comes one hour after 11pm. #wenmilitarytime
