Here is my own projections for PoS systems (I'll put my Bitcoin conviction aside for a moment and look at this objectively)

1- PoS Token hodlers will surely stake their token hoping it will appreciate in value so that they sell at target price

During Bull market 2- Many companies will offer Re-Staking services (with carefully crafted marketing jargon) that will make retail want to re-stake especially when they see their token appreciate in value (retail will always chase more yield- human nature tendency for leverage since the beginning of time)

3- More prices appreciation will lead to more re-staking coupled with marketing jargon/content that will lead ot even more degen actions (such as DeFi).................Everyone is happy

Re-staking companies: 4- due to greed, shady operations, etc... some will blow up and shake conviction in re-staking .... some will leave ... most wont believing its just this project/company

Bear Market: 5- As the token depreciates massively, retail will rush to take action (due to their insane leverage) ... there will be an insane cascading effect on Re-stakers, stakers and even non-stakers as their token goes to zero or close to it

Conclusion: you dont need to know anything about shitcoins to see what can happen as its just pure logic (history is full of evidence). if you went into fraud rabbit hole, you will easily get it. I personally have witnessed this as an insider (full story below to educate you what is truly happening)
