I am shocked CashApp is allowed to operate at all still. They do KYC you for some stuff but for most restrictions you can just create new accounts. I know of people who run illegal gambling operations and do their payments via CashApp. Their accounts get banned and they just create new ones all the time. You hear it from old bingo ladies mostly, talking about the people who run these operations and how they are always having to CashApp with random names to get their money.
I don't think I would totally lump this in with the chokepoint stuff. CashApp is overwhelmingly used for all sorts of weird things that require CashApp to turn a blind eye to and Hindenburg Research also took notice.
