Well, he's definitely a counter to the Joakin Book article. I seem to remember (or maybe I'm wrong) MS saying that he takes very little notice of the intraday $ price of BTC. I'd be crapping my pants if I held even 1/10th of what MS hodles. Maybe, for him, 45K is the dip, and he could be right. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
