Zero, for two reasons:
- First, most Bitcoin podcasters don't seem to understand that podcasts are supposed to be entertaining. You can talk about a technical topic while still making it entertaining, but few Bitcoin podcasters seem to understand this. If I wanted rote presentation of technical topics, I'd go read Wikipedia or Stack Overflow.
- Second, most serious Bitcoin podcasts are covered in ads for borderline scam products/services. If I wanted to wade through 10 minutes of commercials for useless products, I'd go back to watching television, where everyone at least understands they need to be entertaining.
All of the Bitcoin podcasts I've ever heard do one or both of the above, so there's none worth listening to.
The only podcast that I listen to is Timeline Earth. They try to be entertaining, and they don't bother with sponsorships or ads.

At least 3 hours of podcasts a day, for two reasons:
- Stuck in the fiat mines with my phone and headphones
- I find them to be entertaining
