Is it the end of Binance in Europe and France ?

I see Binance will lost is partner "Paysafe Payment Solutions" (SEPA) after 25th september.

Personnaly, I believe in Binance, they got PSAN (French Regulation Statue by AMF) but there is a lot of fud about CEX (Coinbase and Binance). Personnaly, I use Binance since 4 years as CEX and the rest of my crypto are in DEX.

What do you think about that ?
