is there any decent options?
I'm just looking for a place where I don't have to do legal shenanigans for getting a hosted miner.

what's the purpose of hosted mining and how does it differ in effect from buying bitcoin?

one is buying ASICS that are hosted somewhere efficient and mining bitcoin with it. the other is just buying it and that is it.

so at the end you can have the asics shipped to you, so you have bitcoin and used asics?
