Thinking of upgrading to a better, bitcoin-only wallet. Which is better? I've seen many reviews on YouTube and Reddit, but I trust randos on SN a bit more.

seedsigner or maix amigo with krux
i would never use an ugly device looking like a retarded blackberry goes against my standards of design. usb bitcoin device was 2015. today i would not trust any.
seedsigner or maix amigo are more secure and even more convenient if you use them correctly. trustless

coldcard for the airgap.

They are both good.
Coldcard is more secure by virtue of the airgap (and some other features), but this makes it less convenient to use compared to the Bitbox.
If you have only a moderate stack and will be making transactions regularly, then perhaps Bitbox. For larger stacks which don't get touched often, perhaps Coldcard.
If in doubt, just get a Coldcard.

Thanks! Went with coldcard. What do you think of Blockstream Jade?
reply
Cold card is going to show you what the actual circuit board looks like. I got angst against Bitbox because they have misinformation articles about air gaps. Things like version management for firmware upgrades, the idea of NOT updating your firmware unless its a major security patch and even then only after non-company reviewers have had a chance to look at it, is something that goes completely over their heads.

Went with coldcard. I wonder why no one mentioned Blockstream Jade...
reply
Because you didn't mention Blockstream Jade XD
Jade has bluetooth. Whereas with cold card you can snip the NFC wire on the board, your only option with Jade is install firmware that doesn't include instructions for how to make the bluetooth device function. Maybe if you look at DIY Jade, you can rectify that issue.
Passport is another option that's out there, since you're looking for more device suggestions, and I would second the Krux suggestion made by drfred.

One of each just to be safe
