This post gave me an idea: what if stackers could proof ownership of domains so a proportion of sats (similar to Lightning prismas) any link post gets is automatically forwarded to them?
May be hard here since the domain is medium.com but maybe specific paths can also be claimed.
This way, @notgeld would have received some SN sats :)
And I think it's not reasonable to expect from stackers that they know if someone is already on SN to forward sats
