Excellent post. Though millenia separate us, the same emotions of greed and fear rule our interactions today. It's little wonder that history rhymes as frequently as it does. When the same fomo hits real estate speculators due to rapid price rises (in a similar society dependent upon fractional reserve banking), what else can emotional creatures do but be swept up in it?

As common as this tale is, I think we could all use a few more history lessons. Cheers!
