The centralized world is going to burn themselves out doing this shit. You can only push things so far with the restrictions, requirements, and surveillance until you smother your own business and cede advantage to open protocols that catch up in the UI/UX department. Companies can't run layer-1's. These companies will eventually find they're serving a large group of people they can't monetize effectively anymore because they and the fiat system sucked them dry. And since the fiat system won't be able to expand safely anymore, neither can they. Breaking into what we've built will no longer be possible, the companies we built will have already captured that market.

Nobody should be surprised that this is happening. What people should be surprised at is the fact that this isn't more common. You put your every thought on social media, and then someone decides they don't want anything to do with you. That's no reason to complain; it's a reason to reflect on your own actions.
