So will be necessary to first make a deposit or withdraw on the service to Alby recognize it and be able to show the balance service and deposit and withdraw button inside Alby?

Not necessarily, we can make it so that flow is made easier, depends on the will of the implementors.

I think for alby this will be easier because it already keeps a list of sites that user allowed connection to. so as part of this, this balanceCheck can be done.
