Why you gotta be like that? Lightning is secured by the global Bitcoin state. Why do you think its not Bitcoin native? The global consensus state prioritizes security, but append only databases don't scale, so we went with offchain scaling secured by on-chain scripts.

Not trying to separate the native Bitcoin and lighting. Of course the lighting network was built on the Bitcoin Blockchain in order to facilitate super fast transactions. It is a pretty good advancement. And yeah, I will read on the channel factory you mentioned. Going there right now.
