Third day at the new job. Last day sharing an office with the old yard electrician. Once he's gone the real gun begins because I'm going to organize the office, try to move a bunch of stuff into storage to make room for my stuff, since eventually I will share that office with the new yard electrician. (I'm a yacht electrician)

I'm also bringing a diagnostic device called the SureTest circuit analyzer. You plug this into outlets and it runs automated texts checking the wiring for polarity, proper grinding, voltage drop, and a few other things. I plan to go around the yard to get an idea for the quality of the electricity at various plugs around the yard. This is mostly just busy work until the materials they ordered for me come in, and they start putting me on boats to work.
