Lightning yes. Easy to fuck up.
However, On-chain Self custody isn’t that hard (jotting down seed words).
Responsibility is hard. Most people (if not all) fuck up the most basic of responsibilities.
Not saying there aren't solutions to that. It just is a matter of distributing responsibility (aka distributed federated ecash shitcoin mints)
