I know there are lots of issues with Muun, but is there a good option for a wallet that does what Muun is advertised as doing (dual use non-custodial Bitcoin and Lightning wallet)?

Not really a recommendation but I use different wallets for different reasons. Take a look at Phoenix and see if that fits any of your requirements.

Make sure you look at the pros and the cons (the self-custody debate, ease of use, recovery process etc etc)
