How do you avoid echo chambers?

I host a weekly meetup with an open door policy. I find a tremendous amount of diversity of thought within the Bitcoin community, but it tends to be divided into cliques. Social media tends to perpetuate that.
I've been able to meet many different types of bitcoiners, shitcoiners, and precoiners.
