Same input should generate the same URL in my mind because I see this as a hash function.

But if I give the same URL it generates a different shortened version every time.

I'd go with something name + tld that's 5 or less characters, maybe 6, and was nostr related.

Is there some sort of nostr event type registry? How can you just decide to use 1994?
