It's also a small Hacker News / Reddit-esque "clone" / "fork". While their spam management system is being invite only, and they do not seem positive on Bitcoin or blockchain at all, they have some good features.

Like someone posted prior [1] a tag system (possibly like lobsters, as I suggested) could be a good feature. [2]
Some other useful features they have are Hats [3] (specialized flair system for community/project leaders), story merging [4] and an Active Threads page [5] too name a few I enjoy. More are listed under the "About" page. [6]

@k00b I hope I'm not out of line suggesting any of this - I'm very new and still learning a lot about Bitcoin :)

one of my favorite features of lobster.rs is the user tree: https://lobste.rs/u

I think it opens up all kinds of possibilities around "webs of trust"

Very useful feature on private trackers as well.

I would like a tag system similar to theirs. It doesn't fragment the main feed like having subs would and still allows users to filter by subject.

I think the idea of flairs could be super interesting and useful for sorting through posts!

Yes I agree. Sometimes I want to look for specific topics, other times I just to read stuff under lobste.rs/t/rant :)
