I think it's simple, if you really want Privacy don't put your Media to the Internet. It's a lot of leaking information out there. Rather company use your Data or you as a Human has Human Error sometimes in your Brain.

So be calm, do what you like and live 🫂
I also try to put away a lot a social media.
Trying Remove FB, IG, X even nowdays is Tiktok.
