I may be able to save you some time here, courtesy of one Betteridge who, in 2009, wrote about the journalistic principle that Blockware Intelligence used with this video :
"Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word 'No'."
It's sometimes called Betteridge's Law of Headlines these days, although the practice has been in use long before he wrote about it:

TLDR: If the journalist/podcaster knew the answer to the question, they would have stated it as an assertion instead.
