The news concerning CAR adoption of Bitcion and shitcoins seems to be a little mixed/confused. I'm going to err on the side of skepticism and caution and assume its just legislation to regulate digital assets like we've been seeing in other countries over the past year. I have my doubts that its a legal tender law a la El Salvador.

Update: it sounds like they know exactly what Bitcoin is and that the president has chosen Bitcoin, not crypto.
