yes, could have people set their preferred percentage in settings too
i think having the satsraiser pool next to the rewards pool could still be a good visual cue, too. Would encourage more donations

Another approach is to allow people to have default zap forwarding, e.g. 5% of every zap I get goes to the HRF or something.
