So they're trying to create a secondary market for speculating on the yield that they can earn on their LN routing and perhaps fees on submarine swapping?
I don't think this is a good idea

I agree. They'll create a new pre mine token as speculation for VCs and using LN as trampoline in supposed new "business model"
