Cold storage, self custody, start with multi sig if you need help don’t feel comfortable. I use Unchained Capital. I sleep like a baby holding my own keys and holding true Bitcoin, not just numbers on a screen and IOU Bitcoin on an exchange

I said l can't have a cold device because there are no supplier in my country

Honestly, it sounds like you are best served by a custodial lightning solution. I would not worry about storing funds on-chain if you are concerned about the cost of a dedicated hardware device. During busy periods, a hardware device is easily less than the cost of a few on-chain transactions.
Try Wallet of Satoshi, Blink, or Phoenix
Once you have stacked over $500 of BTC, I would then recommend spending some sats on that hardware wallet device, moving half to cold storage, and securing your seed offline.
