I want to relocate from Pakistan to other countries because in Pakistan civil unrest will start soon.
I have been nomading for the past six years, and I think this really depends on what you want, and that is no such place as the best country.
But tips for you: if you truly want to find real good places, stay away from all the popular digital nomad places.
