btw, for all @anon's joining in on the fun (I swear, it's not all me):
You can use your SN wallet to pay the invoices for 0 fees. Just paste the invoice as a withdrawal for your SN account.
Not sure how this works since I thought LN nodes can't pay themselves, but it does!
