They already have currency, even the dollar in 4/5 nations you mentioned, and spend it quickly. 4/5 have also defaulted on their debt multiple times in the last 80 years. Why can't they do it again?

What would say to people that suggest the poor, especially in the places you mentioned, don't have money to save? The money they earn is spent very quickly.
Or that in relative terms to currencies, the USD is strengthening, not weakening, this tracked via the DXY.
