How it should look like for free and open knowledge sharing, sharing of research papers and pdf and data and everything else science !!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

I would love to contribute or start something if needed. Should each research paper has its own public and private keys, or each author should have one ??? What if an author forgot/misplaced/NotBackedUp their private keys ? Will he loose authorship?? What about the co-authors??

These questions should be discussed in my opinion !!!
