No idea what the guy's name was... but the fella who invented the car that runs on water (there's been a few iterations after him) but you know the guy who mysteriously disappeared after doing it. Had his plans seized and then copyrighted so no one else could do it. And funny how it's never been developed... but yeah, if we ever do get allowed water powered engines... then he would have had the biggest effect, knocking those oil barrens out of the equation.

Maybe. But I remember someone bought out a car that runs on water, then they mysteriously disappeared... and suddenly the patents got bought up, shelved and hushed up.
