Setup a seedsigner. All cold wallets are overrated. If you hodl you will need access to your signing device just once to get the xpub, set that up In blue wallet and be very careful how you store ur seed.

I would strongly suggest you use testnet. Also think about a Passphrase and leave the bare seed with some decoy and watch tower
